Jack Gillanders is a seasoned executive recruiter with over a decade of experience in the U.S. infrastructure, construction, and finance sectors. His career began with the launch of the Heavy Civils Division, which he successfully scaled into a high-performing team of 20 consultants operating nationwide. Just three years later, Jack co-founded the Construction Materials Division alongside Matt Vawdrey, rapidly establishing it as the fastest-growing team within the company.
Throughout his career, Jack has led numerous strategic placements across the U.S., consistently connecting top-tier talent with industry-leading organizations. His track record reflects not only his in-depth industry knowledge but also his ability to identify and develop high-impact leaders.
